  • Triple Crown for a Derby that is run in 2:04.4 when most of the rest of the races that day were run close to fast track times? They were off a small bit from a fast track. The last Qtr. i the Derby was 27 seconds. The 6 fl raction was 110.3, and the mile fraction were 137.3.

  • Normally it would be between his family, but he apparently told several other women that he loved them and that he would eventually leave his wife for them. He hurt others besides his family. Some women may have done it to say they were in bed with Woods but certainly not all of them.

  • The All-star game is a farce with little effort by the players who are trying to keep healthy. There is little to no defense played. Why should the Dunk contest be different. Let's say Kobe injures his finger or back worse and misses the playoffs.

  • The tie breaker in such a close race should have consisted of number of wins, win %, games started and innings pitched. Wainright was best in all 4 catagories over Lincecum.

  • Lincecum had the worst part of his year when the Giants needed him most to stay in the playoff hunt, Carpenter missed the first month. Wainright was the best pitcher consistently the whole year. You can take that strike out stuff and stick it.

  • The Yankees and Dodgers would be perfect. You could call it the "Steroid Series" featuring A-Rod and Manny. It fits MLB to a "T". They would pass "roids" around before the series and Bud Selig as usual will look the other way. Perfect!
